Preference may be given to:

juniors who will be seniors that will attend Minnesota State University, Mankato at the time the scholarship is disbursed
Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemistry Teaching majors
students who have demonstrated interest and ability in Chemistry
students who have completed CHEM 322 and CHEM 324
