Willard and Lorraine Johnson Fine Arts Education Scholarship

This scholarship is for incoming or returning students enrolled in a Fine Arts program with at least a 2.0 GPA. Mr. Willard Johnson, a retired music instructor and department chair, had a distinguished career at RCTC from 1958 through 1985. He guided the music department toward excellence and achieved significant milestones during his 27 years.
