Whalen Journalism Scholarship

Deadline February 25, 2027

This scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit, demonstrated aptitude for communication, commitment to community service and career-related activities, and the promise of success in a journalism-related career. Candidates should be prospective first-year students who have been admitted to St. Thomas, intend to major in Journalism, and must enroll in one Journalism class for the fall semester of their first year.
