Warren Skaaren Scholarship*
The Warren Skaaren Scholarships are for incoming or returning RCTC students. Applicants are required to be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credits, have a minimum 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must have graduated from a high school (or received a GED) in the state of Minnesota. Preference is given to single parents who take care of one or more children and have faced systemic or historical disadvantages to accessing higher education.
