Overview
Donated by the family of Wallace F. and D. Beatrice Simpson. This scholarship will be awarded to a transfer student from a two year institution, entering SMSU at a junior standing. Recipient must be enrolled as a full time student and award will be based on academic performance and desire to complete an undergraduate degree.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the qualifications in at least one of the following groups

Applicant must be a current student.
Applicant status must be an Undergraduate Transfer.
Applicant must be enrolled Full-Time.
Application status must be active.
OR
Application must be accepted.
Application status must be active.
Applicant must be a New Entering student.
Applicant status must be an Undergraduate Transfer.
