For an outstanding student from Minnesota’s Iron Range enrolling or continuing at Vermilion in the fall who is planning a career in the Fine Arts and has demonstrated superior ability and talent.

Qualifications
Applicant must be a resident of the Iron Range.
Applicant must be attending the Vermilion Campus.
Applicant must be in an art focused career path.
