Overview
Financial support for degree-seeking Minneapolis College students who live or work in Hennepin or Ramsey counties. Special consideration will be given to students in programs that emphasize community service.

Qualifications
Minneapolis College or high school GPA (if you just graduated from high school) of 2.5 or higher
Pursuing a certificate, diploma and/or degree at Minneapolis College
Completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2026-2027 academic year
Completed a Minnesota Dream Act application
Live or work in Ramsey or Hennepin counties
Major in a degree that emphasizes community service: Nursing, Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Addiction Counseling, or Environmental Science
