1. Undergraduate Mass Communications major 2. Active member of UTVS (must answer Mass Communications question under College of Liberal Arts on the general scholarship application) 3. Minimum GPA 3.0 in major courses (must complete Academic Record portion of the general scholarship application) 4. Junior or senior enrolled full time during term scholarship is disbursed
