Applicants must:

Have officially applied for and been accepted in the College of Science, Engineering and Technology
Be accepted as Chemistry, Chemistry Teaching, or BioChem/PreMed majors
Have an excellent academic record
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate leadership on campus
Preference will be given to students from rural communities.
