Steve Frank Memorial Scholarship
1. Undergraduate major in Political Science or International Relations 2. Junior or senior 3. Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received; Additional consideration given to a student who works on the SCSU Survey (must answer the SCSU Survey question under Miscellaneous on the general scholarship application).
