The STAR Scholars Program is a scholarship initiative that provides academic and financial support to traditionally underrepresented students in postsecondary education. While the program includes support to undocumented students, all students are encouraged to apply.

Complete the MN Dream Act application (if eligible)
Provide proof of DACA, U-Visa Status or Temporary Protection Status (if applicable)
Letter of Recommendation (2 max)
Strongly encouraged, not required:
Minnesota resident
Age 17-24 years
Graduated high school or received a GED in the last year
Meet the family adjusted gross income cap of $75,000
