Srok Memorial ESL Scholarship

Overview
This schoalrship honors John Frank Srok, buy providing scholarship support to students who exhibit both hard work through academic achievement and demonstrate financial need due to family responsibilities. John Frank Srok was a Croatian refugee who instilled the value of education in his family. He was not able to pursue his dream of attending college but this scholarship provides the opportunity for students to achieve the dream John couldn't.

Qualifications
Completed at least one year at Minneapolis College, which includes at least one semester of ESL curriculum at Minneapolis College
An annual income under $30,000 a year
A minimum GPA of 3.0
Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits per semester
