Southwest Guarantee

Overview
Automatic merit scholarship awarded by the Office of Admission to new first year students based on their cumulative high school GPA or ACT score, whichever is highest. Amounts vary depending on GPA or ACT, but start at a 2.75 or a 20 on the ACT (with a minimum of a 2.5 GPA). All Southwest Guarantee scholarships are renewable for up to eight semesters. Students must be enrolled full time to receive this scholarship, and maintain a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
