Scholarship Description:

Scouts Talent is a Twin Cities based on-demand finance and accounting firm, representing consultants on a project or fractional basis. Their business is based on values of fairness and excellence. They believe in supporting and encouraging the next generation of accounting and finance professionals by sponsoring a class with every consultant project they start.

Scholarship recipients will have an opportunity to speak with a representative from Scouts Talent for networking and career opportunities.

Award amount averages $1,000.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be officially admitted to Metropolitan State University by scholarship application deadline date
Must be majoring in Accounting or Finance
Undergraduate student
Must be registered for each semester(s) in which the funds are applied
Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average
Maintain satisfactory academic progress
Complete “Student Certification and Consent” form
