Robert L. Thurston Scholarship

Robert graduated from Willmar Vo-Tech in 1969 with a degree in Agriculture. In 1980, he started with a small group of regional
customers and a vision and built what is now Thurston Inc., a leading hybrid seed corn brokerage firm in the United States. Its
customer base extends nationally, as well as internationally. Bob also built the Thurston Genetics company and was a long time
Foundation Board Member This scholarship goes to a Agriculture student.
