1. Major or minor in Communication Studies 2. Overall GPA 3.0 or higher 3. Demonstrated knowledge and practice of ethical principles in communication (answer the appropriate College of Liberal Arts questions on the scholarship application) 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received
