1. Undergraduate admitted to major in a field of the College of Science and Engineering 2. Has completed at least 24 credit hours at SCSU 3. Demonstrated leadership (on the general scholarship application answer the Leadership question) 4. Overall GPA 3.0 or above 5. Enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received
