Rick Stelling Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a returning student from southeast Minnesota who has a strong interest in the field of music and has participated/performed as a member of the RCTC music program. Rick loved being at RCTC—especially singing in his quartet. He loved making music and sharing it with others.
