Leadership or potential demonstrated while working with some area of SCSU’s educational public radio station KVSC (must answer Mass Communications question under College of Liberal Arts on the general scholarship application) 3. Demonstrated managerial potential or has shown professional competence and interest 4. Minimum GPA 2.5 overall 5. Financial need; Additional consideration given to students with a concentration in creative media
