Overview
This scholarship was established to honor Larry Van Schoiack who was the Business Manger at Rainy River Community College from 1968-1997. He was a strong advocate for college education.

Qualifications
Applicant must be a full-time student.
Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Applicant must be attending the Rainy River Campus.
