Rainy River Campus - Jeff & Linda Lowe Scholarship

Overview
This scholarship was established by family and friends of Jeff and Linda Lowe to honor their memory. Jeff retired in 1999 as Vice President of Minnesota Operations for Boise. He was respected by many as a great man and manager. Linda was an owner and operator of a beauty shop, transportation clerk for Concel until she retired and became a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and entertaining. Jeff served as a board member of Rainy River Community College.

Qualifications
Applicant must be attending the Rainy River Campus.
