Rainy River Campus - Fred & Helen Caswell Memorial Scholarship

Overview
This scholarship was established in 1998 by family and friends of Fred Caswell to honor his memory. Fred was the mechanical superintendent for the Falls Paper Division. Helen Caswell was an educator. Not only serving as a teacher in ISD #361, but also through her involvement as a leader in Girl Scouts and 4H. Many have said she made a difference in their lives.

Qualifications
Applicant must be attending the Rainy River Campus.
