Rainy River Campus - E. Franklin Scholarship

Overview
This scholarship was established by Elizabeth (Betty) Franklin in memory of her parents and brother. Her father, Dr. Edward R. Franklin, was a well-known optometrist. Her mother, Lillian Affleck Franklin assisted as a receptionist in her husbands practice. Her brother, William D. Franklin also was an optometrist. All were very active in the community and promoted higher education at Rainy River Community College.

Qualifications
Applicant must be attending the Rainy River Campus.
Applicant must be pursuing a science or medicine degree.
