Rainy River Campus - Cy & Elnor Walker Memorial Scholarship

Overview
This fund was established to honor the memory of Cyril & Elnor Walker by their sons Larry & Bruce, and daughter Pam Holler along with their families. Cy Walker was employed by Mando and Boise Cascade for 40 years, he was South Falls Village Clerk and Treasurer for 30 years, and an active member of South Falls and Falls districts. Elnor was masterful at prioritizing family and friends, frequently hosting them whether on Rainy Lake or in Florida. This fund was created to guarantee a solid educational path for students.

Qualifications
Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or greater.
Applicant must be a graduate of International Falls High School.
Applicant must be attending the Rainy River Campus.
