Applicants must be:

Undergraduate with Botany major and plant physiology emphasis – OR – Undergraduate Botany major – OR – Graduate students with botany or plant physiology emphasis OR undergraduate with any Biology major
Students with a GPA of 3.3 or above
Students who have sophomore or junior status
Students must be in their junior or senior status at the time the award is paid out.
