Presidential Scholarship*

Presidential scholarships are for current high school seniors and are awarded to Minnesota residents with a cumulative 3.9 GPA and/or class rank in the top five percent (5%) of their graduating class. Preference is given to students demonstrating leadership and community involvement. This scholarship waives your tuition and fees and RCTC Bookstore textbook rentals/purchases for fall and spring semesters. The Presidential Scholarship recipients are not allowed to receive other scholarships during the same academic year. This scholarship is renewable for a second year as long as the recipient achieves a minimum 3.3 GPA after their first year of attending RCTC.
