Applicants must be students who:

Are actively pursuing or declare intent to pursue a degree in a major offered by the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences
Are former graduates of Mankato East High School
Will be enrolling in their sophomore, junior or senior academic year in the upcoming fall semester
Demonstrate financial need as calculated by student financial services
Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
