Physical Therapy Clinic Scholarship

Overview
This scholarship was created by the Physical Therapist Director and Advisory Board. It is for students in the second year of the Physical Therapist Assistant program.

1. Must be in the 2nd year of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at LSC

2. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA in the LSC Physical Therapist Assistant program

3. Must intend to earn an AAS degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at LSC

4. Must demonstrate strong performance in the on-campus physical therapy clinic 5. Must demonstrate financial need, but not necessarily qualify for financial aid

Qualifications
Applicant must be enrolled in the PTA program.
Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
How many totally completed credits at LSC do you have (including anticipated credits at the end of this semester and credits that transferred successfully)?
