This scholarship was established in memory of Peggy Kelly to provide financial support for students residing in Bloomington, Richfield, or Edina area.
Eligibility Criteria:
Plan to attend for the full academic year
Minimum enrollment of 6 credits per semester
Financial need
A resident of Bloomington, Richfield, or Edina (MN) area
