Overview
To provide access to higher learning as a stepping stone to economic independence for nontraditional/returning students who are committed to community service, with preference given to single parents who are challenged by life's circumstances.

If selected for this scholarship, the recipient must take at least 6 credits.

This scholarship requires 2 letters of recommendation.
