Merrisue Soutor Endowed Scholarship

Overview
The Anoka-Ramsey Foundation Board of Directors established this scholarship in honor of Merrisue Soutor, the Foundation Executive Director from 1987 to 1992. It is intended for non-traditional students over 25 who are in financial need, with a preference for those interested in working with volunteers or non-profit agencies. The student must be enrolled for a minimum of six (6) credits per semester.
