1. Undergraduate student admitted to major in Art, Art Education or Studio Art (Art History and Graphic Design majors are not eligible) 2. Has completed at least 24 credits at SCSU at time of application 3. Overall GPA 3.0 or higher 4. Enrolled full-time and in good standing with the university when the scholarship is received
