The MECA Scholarship was established by the Minnesota Erosion Control Association (MECA) in 2007. MECA wishes to award this $1,000 scholarship to an individual who wants to pursue an engineering or science degree with an emphasis on erosion and sediment control or stormwater management.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a Minnesota resident
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5
Must be pursuing or planning to pursue an engineering or science degree
Must demonstrate interest in a career related to stormwater management or erosion and sediment control
Should show evidence of leadership, community involvement, or special achievements
