Mark A.E. and Kristin Gallagher Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria:

Be officially admitted to Metropolitan State University by scholarship application deadline date.
Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following: Creative Writing; Technical Communications and Professional Writing; or Communications Specialist Track-Professional Communications.
Be an undergraduate student in good academic standing.
Have a minimum GPA of at least 2.0.
Demonstrate financial need.
Be registered for a minimum of 6 credits for the semester in which the funds are applied.
Essay required.
Complete “Student Certification and Consent” form.

Describe the financial impact this scholarship will have on your ability to pursue your writing degree.
