Applicant must be participating in Men's Baseball, Men's Basketball, Men's Cross Country, Men's Football, Men's Track, Men's Wrestling, Wheelchair Basketball, Women's Basketball, Women's Cross Country, Women's Golf, Women's Soccer, Women's Softball, Women's Tennis, Women's Track, Women's Volleyball, Women's Swimming & Diving or Esports.
Applicant must be a Current or New Entering student.
Applicant admission status must be Undergraduate Regular, Graduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree, or Post Masters Regular.
