1. New entering freshman or new entering transfer student 2. Ranked in top 25% of high school graduating class (if the school ranks students) 3. Intends to participate on an Intercollegiate Athletics team at SCSU 4. Demonstrated leadership as described on general scholarship application; Additional consideration given to students who participated in high school sports and to students who intend to join the men’s basketball, track or wrestling team at SCSU
