Jim and Pam Deal (ARCC)

Overview
This scholarship was established by Jim Deal, Foundation Board member 1987-1995, (President 1992-1993) and his wife Pam Deal, Foundation Board member 1995-2001, (President 1998-1999) to encourage and support students with an entrepreneurial spirit. This scholarship is intended for an entrepreneurial student.

Qualifying applicants must prove they are interested in being self-employed in an additional written essay answering the following: "If I had the money to start any kind of venture, it would be..." A good essay will describe the product or activity involved.

Scholarship Recipients will be expected to meet the following criteria to receive the full amount of scholarship funds:
- Enroll in 12+ Coon Rapids Campus credits each semester
- Maintain a 2.75 GPA

Qualifications
Applicant must enroll at the Coon Rapids campus.
Applicant must enroll in 12+ credits each semester.
Applicant must maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA.
