Jason Horak Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established by former Normandale Community College President Tom and Beverly Horak in memory of their son Jason Horak. This scholarship provides financial support for full-time students who have endured past struggles (academically and/or in life).

Eligibility Criteria:
Plan to enroll at Normandale Community College for the full academic year
Minimum enrollment of 12 credits per semester
Achieve a GPA of 2.5 or higher
Evidence of past struggles (academic and/or life) and shows promise of long-term academic success

Application Requirements:
Create a realistic academic and career plan with their counselor by the end of the semester
