Recipients are selected on the basis of academic performance, demonstrated leadership ability, with preference given to students of musical talent, and/or recommendations of high school faculty and administrators. Selected by Office of Admission.

Applicant admission status must be a Graduate Regular, Post Masters Regular, Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, or Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
Application status must be active.
Applicant must be a Freshman.
Application must be accepted.
Applicant must be enrolled Full-Time.
