The Ruth and Art Gessner Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a student studying developmental education and demonstrates evidence of clear academic and career goals.

Special considerations (not required): Financial need, Demonstrated academic achievement

Qualifications
Applicant must be applying for Inver Hills Community College scholarships.
Applicant must be enrolled in the Inver Hills Education Foundations program.
Applicant must be enrolled in a minimum of three credit hours.
