Howard Rosenwinkel

Howard Rosenwinkel served as the first director of the college, from 1967 to 1985. The Rosenwinkel Family established this scholarship to provide financial support to students who attend Anoka Technical College. This scholarship is open to students enrolled in Anoka Technical College courses.

Recipients will be expected to enroll in at least 9 Anoka Technical College credits to receive their award.
