Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the qualifications in at least one of the following groups

Applicant must be accepted.
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Minnesota.
Application status must be active.
Applicant must be a New Entering student.
Applicant admission status must be Graduate Regular, Post Masters Regular, Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
OR
Applicant must be accepted.
Application status must be active.
Applicant must be enrolled Full-time.
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Minnesota.
Applicant must be a Current student.
Applicant admission status must be Graduate Regular, Post Masters Regular, Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
