Greg Sellnow Memorial Journalism Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student who is majoring in Mass Comm, particularly journalism, and is interested in pursuing a four-year degree. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Community engagement, community service work, and participation in school clubs are also taken into consideration. Applicants must complete up to a 300-word essay, "Describe why you are pursuing a degree in Mass Comm and/journalism. Previous examples from term papers or stories written for and published by a school newspaper or the Echo can be submitted.
