Scholarship Description:

This scholarship is provided through the generous contributions of the Maria and Ramon Gomez Family. These funds support an annual scholarship to an undergraduate junior or senior or graduate student. The amount of the award averages $1500.

Award may be split evenly between Fall and Spring semesters and is limited to one award per student.

Eligibility Criteria:

Be officially admitted to Metropolitan State University by scholarship application deadline date
Be registered the semester(s) in which the funds are applied
Be an undergraduate (in junior or senior year) or graduate student
Be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States AND a resident of Minnesota
Must be Pell eligible
Have a Metropolitan State University cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
Complete “Student Certification and Consent” form
Qualifications
Applicant must be an undergraduate (in junior or senior year) or graduate student.
Applicant must be Pell eligible.
Applicant must be a resident of Minnesota.
Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
