Gessner Scholarship

The Gessner Scholarship is awarded each spring. Dr. John C. Gessner was a popular member of the Sociology Department from 1985 to 1991. Dr. Gessner died in 1991 while serving as chair of the department. After his death, his family established a scholarship in his memory.
