Donated by Mark Fokken. Recipient must be enrolled as a full time student, in good academic standing, be a member of the SMSU Forensics team, have high school/collegiate experience in speech and debate activities, and demonstrate advocacy for forensic activities.

Qualifications
Applicant admission status must be Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, or Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
