Frandsen Family Foundation

Graduate from Ada Borup West, Braham, Clinton Graceville Beardsley, Ely, Frederic, Luck, Pine City, and Rush City, Warren Alvarado Oslo and Waterville Elysian Morristown high schools, or homeschool students within one of these districts.
Attend PTCC the semester following high school graduation.
Complete the FAFSA, or Minnesota Dream Act, and applicable state grant applications, prior to the start of the semester.
Enroll in a minimum of 12 credits per semester.
Applies to all PTCC programs, with the exception of the Associate of Arts degree.
