Flagship Scholarship

The Point Foundation Flagship Scholarship empowers LGBTQ+ and ally students who are pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or professional degrees at accredited colleges and universities in the United States by offering financial support, community resources, and professional development.
Scholarship Details
Flagship Scholarship recipients receive financial support, access to leadership development programs, and the support of a community of scholars and alumni.
Scholarship Eligibility
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
Full-time enrollment in a a degree-seeking undergraduate, graduate, or professional program at an accredited, not-for-profit college or university in the United States.
Connection and commitment to the LGBTQ+ and ally community.
If previously awarded a Point Scholarship, applicants must have exited their former program with active status.
Must be at least a senior in high school.

Amount: Financial award based on need, renewable for up to four years of support.

Funding Period: Awarded Scholars will start their scholarship in the fall 2026 term, with a maximum of four years of support.

September 10, 9:00 a.m. PST/12:00 p.m. EST: Point Scholarship application opens online.

November 20, 5:00 p.m. PST/8:00 p.m. EST: Application closes.
