Effie R. Conkling Art Scholarship

Applicants must:

Demonstrate a record of scholarship and leadership
Have attended Minnesota State Mankato for at least one academic year
Have a declared art major
Be at the rank of Junior or Senior (preferred) at the start of the upcoming fall semester
