Donated by Wilfredo P. Apostol. This scholarship is for an outstanding senior from Tracy High School in Tracy, MN who has a 3.0 GPA. Recipients much be enrolled as a full-time student at SMSU. Apply with Tracy High School Counselor or SMSU Office of Admission.

Qualifications
Applicant must be accepted.
Applicant must have attended Tracy Area High School.
Applicant High School GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.
Application status must be active.
Applicant admission status must be Graduate Regular, Post Masters Regular, Undergraduate Regular, Undergraduate Transfer, Undergraduate with Previous Degree.
